How Our Pricing Works
At Two Straws Co., we believe every event deserves a custom touch—and that starts with flexible, transparent pricing. Whether you’re booking our Cozy Sips Bundle for an intimate gathering or going all out with The Signature Experience, our pricing is based on a few key factors that ensure you get exactly what you need:
Service Duration – The number of hours our specialty coffee cart will be serving at your event. From short brunches to all-day celebrations, we’ll match your timeline.
Guest Count – While we offer unlimited servings, your guest count helps us determine the ideal number of baristas to keep the line short and the vibes high.
Event Location – We’re based in Brownsville, Texas, and happy to travel! Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
Custom Add-Ons – Want personalized cups, printed messages on your lattes, or signature drinks named after the bride and groom? We offer optional enhancements to make your coffee experience unforgettable.

Our pricing is built to be fair and scalable. The longer you book our services, the lower the cost per hour becomes—giving you more value while keeping your guests happily caffeinated.
The Cozy Sips Package
Perfect for intimate gatherings, this base package delivers an elevated espresso bar experience designed for smaller events and cozy celebrations.
What’s Included:
Two hours of unlimited espresso service, including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, and americanos
One professional barista
Ideal for events with up to 100 guests
Flexible add-ons and upgrades available upon request
This is a great starting point for birthdays, baby showers, bridal brunches, or corporate pop-ups that want a clean and classic
coffee experience.
The Signature Experience
Our most popular package, the Signature Experience is designed
to serve larger crowds and add a premium feel to weddings,
conferences, and milestone events.
What’s Included:
Extended hours of unlimited coffee and tea service
Two or more baristas, depending on your guest count
A wider drink menu including iced coffees, decaf options, and house-made refreshers like Mango Tango Black Tea and Lychee Lagoon, or our Green Passion Tea
Choice of premium syrups: Vanilla, Caramel, Brown Sugar, Mocha, White Chocolate, Lavender, and Pistachio
Optional add-ons such as custom cups, printed foam art, or themed drink menus
